Returns & Exchanges

At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your lace intimates. If your pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items in original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene stickers attached to qualify for a return.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your garments and use the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked courier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected by our team, your exchange will be dispatched or your store credit will be issued via email within 5 business days.
